We are grateful to the Lawrence Cultural Council for sponsoring our two field trips to the Emerson College Stage Productions of Mother Hicks and The Miraculous Journey of Edward Tulane. These cultural field trips were supported in part by a grant from the Lawrence Cultural Council, a local agency which is supported by the Massachusetts Cultural Council, a state agency.

Bellesini Academy is pleased to announce that we have received a Cummings Foundation $100k for 100 grant! This grant will help fund the cost of our girls school which opens in September.
Each year, Cummings Foundation awards grants of $100,000 each to 100 local nonprofits. This $10 million in funding supports a diverse range of causes, including human services, education, healthcare, and social justice. While some of these grants are made as single-year awards, most are multi-year awards, with payments spread over two to 10 years.
Cummings Foundation, Inc. is a private operating foundation based in Woburn, Massachusetts. Since its establishment in 1986, it has been funded primarily by Joyce and Bill Cummings of Winchester, MA. Cummings Foundation has grown to become one of the largest charitable foundations in New England, with just more than $1.2 billion in net assets as of December 2013.
